Piladay Studios is a space where you can come to move, breathe, and connect with your body. We like how pilates can not only give you a good workout but also treat injuries, help ease nagging pain from our daily routine and also act as a form of physiotherapy. We specialise in sport and injury rehab, pre and post natal Pilates, postural correction, children Pilates and core strengthening.

Our equipment is semi-automatic, which prioritises the user instead of the maker. All our solo and duet classes enjoy full equipment usage.

At our studio, we believe that movement is medicine. Pilates is a practice that can help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced teachers are here to support you on your journey.
